- Prepare the ChickenPat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the ChickenHeat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown.Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

- Simmer the ChickenReturn chicken to the pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Finish & ServeGarnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of chicken broth.
