Place the pasta into one section of the bento box.
Add shredded chicken or chickpeas next to the pasta for protein.
Fill another section with cheese cubes.
Add fresh fruit and sliced vegetables into the remaining compartments.
Place an ice pack inside the insulated lunch box before sealing.
Keep refrigerated until ready to pack for school, camp, or home.
