  • 1/2 cup sliced vegetables (cucumber or bell peppers)

Equipment

  • 1 bento box container
  • 1 small airtight container
  • 1 ice pack

Method
 

  1. Make sure the cooked pasta is completely cooled before assembling the lunch.
  2. Toss the pasta lightly with olive oil or pesto so it doesn’t stick together.
  3. Place the pasta into one section of the bento box.
  4. Add shredded chicken or chickpeas next to the pasta for protein.
  5. Fill another section with cheese cubes.
