Ingredients
  

  • 1 large whole-wheat tortilla (8 to 10 inch)
  • 2 slices turkey deli meat
  • 1 slice cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 thin cucumber slices
  • 1 small pinch salt (optional)
  • 1 small pinch black pepper (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Butter knife or spreader
  • 1 Sharp knife
  • 1 Lunchbox or airtight container

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean cutting board.
  2. Spread cream cheese or mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Place turkey slices on top of the spread.
  4. Add cheese slice, chopped lettuce, and cucumber slices.
  5. Sprinkle a small pinch of salt and pepper if using.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  7. Slice in half for easy eating or keep whole.
  8. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until packing.
